Mission: The faculty, staff, students and community of Teague are devoted to academic excellence and the cultivation of individual strengths and talents in a supportive environment where individual differences and respect for the rights of others guide students to become responsible citizens.
Teague is a 7th and 8th grade campus in the Aldine Independent School District. Our 2006-2007 Test Scores earned us a Recognized Rating in the State of Texas.
Teague's students proceed to Nimitz 9th Grade School upon graduation from 8th grade.
Teague's student population is made up of 7th and 8th graders from many diverse cultures. Our academic year runs from August 27th through May 30th. Our school day begins at 8:45 am and ends at 4:15 pm, followed by extracurricular activities until 5:35 pm. Students may enter the building no earlier than 8:10 AM.

History of Teague
Teague Middle School opened its doors in the fall of 1974. It was the first Aldine ISD school built on the far north side of the district and originally fed MacArthur and Aldine High Schools. When Nimitz High School opened in 1976. Teague became the primary feeder to AISD's newest high school. Throughout the years, Teague has been routinely recognized for outstanding performance.
History of Trojans
The history of the Trojans and the city of Troy is a legend of oral history. The city of Troy is inside the borders of Turkey. Trojan warriors were defined by their excellent horseman skills. Homer describes to his readers the Trojan War in his epic tale the Iliad and the Odyssey.
