Create a special place in your house for reading and studying that is quiet and has good lighting.
Have FUN reading to your children, Read aloud, Let your children see you reading.
Have reading materials around such as books, magazines, newspapers.
Set apart a special day of the week or every two weeks to visit the library.
Give books as gifts.
Talk to your children in order to help them learn the art of conversing and exchanging ideas.
