The purpose of Francis Elementary School is to provide educational opportunities that will enable each student to develop to his full potential the knowledge and skills, and competencies that are needed to become a responsible member of society. Inherent in this purpose and mission is the belief that all children can learn, and that the adults in our school, the parents of our students, and the community in which we live can make a

All parents and visitors are required to report to the office and present a picture ID for every visit or activity. A campus badge will be printed for you to wear while visiting the building. Before leaving the campus return the badge to the front office.

Students will be counted tardy if they arrive at school after 8:00 am. They must be escorted by a parent to the front office to sign in. Instruction begins promptly at 8:00 am.
