Visiting Our Campus

Parents are always welcome and encouraged to visit the school. Please stop by the office to sign in and to sign out. All visitors must provide a state issued ID or driver's license in order to receive a visitor's badge. This procedure will ensure the safety of all children.

In order to avoid unnecessary classroom interruptions, parents are encouraged to make prior arrangements to observe in their child's class. Please refer to the Student Handbook (pg. 28).

Arrival and Dismissal Procedures

Safety is priority for our children therefore, we provide adult supervision beginning at 7:00 a.m. Parents/Guardians may drop off students beginning at 7:00 a.m. Breakfast is served between 7:00 a.m. and 7:45 a.m. and our school day begins at 7:45 a.m. The tardy bell rings at 8:00 a.m.

Dismissal begins at 3:00 p.m. therefore, students will not be checked out of school AFTER 2:45 p.m. When children are taken out of school early, they are missing valuable learning time. We encourage you to allow your child to complete their entire school day.

When picking up car riders, please do not park in the “No Parking” zones along Hamil Road and get out of your car to pick up a car rider. We have a procedure for car rider dismissal and thanks to our parents, it is working more efficiently everyday! Just a reminder that all car riders should be picked up in a car in front of the school in the designated driveway. Thank you for your patience and cooperation.
